Once you purchase one of our plans you will be required to fill out the attached waiver and questionnaire and return it to info@trainedbyjay.com within 24 hours. Please sign the waiver and fill out the questionnaire in a timely manner. We will then review your questionnaire and any optional photos of yourself you wish to attach. You will be given your plan within 24 hours of submitting your info and we can get started. Your plan will include a workout guideline to follow along with the diet. So Lets get started!
